Kidney Bean Salad
Starters & Snacks
- 1 16 oz. can kidney beans, drained
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup Duke's Light Mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Season to taste and chill until ready to serve.
- Can serve as is or over a bead of lettuce.
