Starters & Snacks
- 1/2 cup Duke's Light Mayonnaise with Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
- 6 cups small broccoli florets
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup dried blueberries, cranberries or other berries as desired
- Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper together in a large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients, tossing well to coat.
- Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
