Starters & Snacks
- 1 cup Duke's Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Mango Habanero Global Fusion Rub
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 (14 oz.) bags shredded coleslaw vegetables
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 cups chopped mango
- 11/2 cups chopped roasted and salted cashews
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, Mango Habanero Global Fusion Rub and salt in a large bowl until sugar dissolves.
- Toss with vegetables and mango.
- Top with cashews and serve.
